This is somewhat disheartening…  true american muscle with possible no manual option?  🙁  I know 99.98% of the people on earth would be faster at the strip with an auto but it just doesn’t seem right.  Now, this isn’t set in stone, it could still have a manual option when production starts.  Dodge has been doing a killer job with the teasers and promotion of this model!

The Dodge Challenger SRT Demon is is supposed to be the ultimate drag race dominating monster. Its automatic will allow lightning-quick launches without using the brake, but Dodge’s latest announcement makes no mention of a manual.
